This pizza spot is a great choice for families looking to enjoy a variety of flavors, especially the barbecue pizza which is excellent. The crispy crust made with canola oil spray and Parmesan Romano blend adds a delicious touch to the overall experience. Despite the slight wait times, the quality of the food and the friendly service make it worth a visit, especially for those with kids.

We were in today and ordered the lasagna with salad and breadsticks that was listed together on the menu. The young kid came back to our table and told us the salad didn't come with the lasagna. I showed him the menu and he went to ask and came back and again said the same thing. After I told him to show the menu to the kitchen staff they reluctantly said they would make me a salad. However we never did receive the salad. The place is run by a bunch of very young kids. And the whole place is in need of a good cleaning. I would not recommend Captain Nines.

We stopped in after being told about the $5 hamburger meal on Tuesdays. It was a large meat patty, moist and not over done, french fries and onion rings were hot and crispy. Will certainly try it again if we are in the area.

We have been getting pizza here over ten yrs. We love it. Very good service. Try thin crust.

Omg we ordered our food at 8 pm didnt get here till 9 pm and it was cold then they forgot my toco salad which i called them and said they send it back out well it took them another hour and a half and they came back out brought fries and no toco salad again by this time i was over it dont want to wait till midnight for dinner so needless to say i would never order from them again. I dont live around here im from east side of cinti was here babysitting for my daughter and she recommended this place but i would not ever ever order from these people again dont kn what kind of business they running gorrible service all young kids workin and couldnt speak to manager or owner so i thought id let people kn.

I heard about Captain 9's with Groupon. I must say the website did a great job making the restaraunt sound like something it really wasn't. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, my husband and I looked at each other and said Are you kidding me? It was like a Dairy Queen. You order at the counter and the food is brought to the table. The pizza looked just like a microwave pizza. It wasn't even hot and it was tasteless. Very disappointed. Our saving grace was the ice cream.
