I ordered boneless wings and jojos from here and was told it would be a half hour.... An hour and 10 minutes later my food was finally ready (giving us extra jojos for our wait). When my husband arrived home the wings were bone in... Not boneless like I ordered. I called gioninos and told them that after my hour and ten minute wait my wings order was wrong... I asked to speak to a manager and the girl that supposedly took my order got on the phone.. I told her my issue and her response was "I was the one who took your order and U did not specify that U wanted boneless".. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I ATE ANYTHING OFF THE BONE.. I know I ordered boneless and of course I reiterated that to BETSY on the phone... She kept repeating "you didn't specify what wings U wanted" more rude and louder every time. I asked her if she was the manager because I asked to speak to replies "she told me to talk to you because I was the one who to the order" she was very rude and would not admit that she was at fault. I have never had so much disrespect from a company or person in my life.. They refused to give me the number of a manger or owner and continued to be even more rude with my husband when he called back and they put JUAN the supposed "manger" on the phone (even after I was told the manager was a woman) he got irate with my husband accused him of trying to get free food among other things and then hung up on him! (You will be seeing his review soon) I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER FROM GIONINOS AGAIN!!!

I ONLY GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO TO POST MY REVIEW!
