El Vallarta has really good Tex-Mex food that's not exactly authentic but still hits the spot. The service used to be slow and unfriendly, but it's much better now - I had a great experience today! The staff are friendly and attentive, always making sure your chips and salsa keep coming. The food is tasty, the prices are fair, and overall it's a solid choice for Mexican food in the area.
