The food is excellent, featuring homemade dishes that highlight the flavors of Mexican cuisine, particularly the fajita quesadillas and street tacos. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is attentive, making for a great dining experience even with a large group. While the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I plan to return.

My husband and I ate at Polo's last week and this is definitely NOT the same Polo's we used to enjoy so much. The quality of the food was so bad that we could not get past a few bites of our entrees before giving up. We asked for fresh tortillas first since we used to enjoy these "made on site" treats. The corn tortillas were very stale and tasted bitter. They were the same ones used in my entree of cheese enchiladas, and broke apart and unrolled as I tried to cut into them. The chips were good.....and that's it. We were so disappointed that this once great restaurant had gone so bad. We won't go there again, for sure. We did ask for a box to take our food home, just to be polite, but we dumped the boxes in the trash as soon as we left the store. Sad.

Its always a mixed bag but I have always loved Polos!! An Ada Staple, Even if Polo himself isn't very friendly.

I've been eating here since I was a kid the food has always been amazing, the servers are very friendly, and the food is always brought out on time and everything tastes amazing

Really bad food! Doesnt matter what u order. TV frozen dinners are way better!

I have been going there with the family since the late 70's. Have never had bad service or poor food. I suggest fajita chicken nachos or a shredded beef enchilada!

I love Polos I have since 1977 my one and only complaint is they have terrible salsa it is very bland but besides that it is 5 stars all the way! I most usually order the chicken fajitas but have ordered the chic. Fajita nachos and the salad on occasion. They are not expensive and their drinks are huge! I have a lot of great memories of this place going there over the years. Hope it is there for many more it is my favorite eating place.

I love Polo's although the service can be slow at times, I don't live in Ada, Oklahoma, but when i come visit family we always go there. I have never gotten sick from the good, i always get the Queso Fondedo "spl" with chicken fajita meat.

The food was expensive and service was really slow. The chips were cold and bland and the salsa tasted like ketchup. It literally had no pepper in it. They charged me $5 for queso. I got beef taquitos which were mediocre and my fiancee got a chicken chimichanga, complete with rotten chicken which made her vomit in the parking lot. don't waste your money. You can get better Mexican food at a Taco Bell.
