Great food, fast and friendly service!

I have been to super subs at least 30 times -- (favorite place close to work) -- They have a great menu of their own, not a cookie cutter chain. They are real folks that run the place and 99% of the time do a great job with a sense of humor and a lot of hustle -- the guy that wrote that bad review must have just caught it on an off momenet and then sounds like everyone rubbed each other the wrong way! oh well... I LOVE SUPER SUBS and am going today for lunch. I usually get the buffalo chicken put on a salad --my co-worker gets the burger/fry combo -- i steal at least half of the fries because they are so good! The philly steak (i have them add lettuce/tomato) is also fantastic. I'm HUNGRY!

Co-workers have gone to pickup in the past and the food has always been good. Today it was just me, I called in at 11:40 placed my order and said I’d be there by 12 to pick it up. Wanted to avoid a lunch rush (I only get 30 minutes).

Here is the break down of my first time visit:
• Not aware of me placing an order.
• Found my ticket on the floor. (I understand mistakes happen)
• Cook told me I shouldn't have ordered so early. (rude)
• Cook slapped a precooked patty on the grill (gross)
• Explained I didn't have the time to wait (30 minutes remember)
• Blondie stated we don’t cook fries until you get here (new to me)
• Blondie said something, I said sorry I didn't hear you?
• Blondie said “Nothing never mind, forget it!” (very rude)
• Didn't like her attitude, said I was leaving and walked away
• Blondie said “That guy is an -ss!” (great service)
• I turned around and said excuse me?
• Blondie said “You need to leave!” (not a problem)
Great place to eat, recommend to everyone!
