During our stay at Penn Wells Hotel in downtown Wellsboro, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served in the dining room. The atmosphere was cozy with historic photos on the walls, and the buffet-style options were decent and filling. It was a nice way to start the day in a charming setting.
