Every single time I order from this particular location on DoorDash, something is wrong. Half the order is missing, or I get somebody else's order meant for a completely different delivery service, hash browns have come out tasting like the burnt remainders of something on a grill. NOTHING seems to fix this! The staff seems particularly carefree about the quality of service, and I end up missing half of a meal. Have gotten a combo with no drink, grilled cheese without the soup, and they recently misplaced an entire one pound tub of butter, which they decided to remove from the in-store receipt, without notifying me.

This is the worst frisch its located in independence. The rudest managers ever and they all have been different and to be that way during the cova-19 pandemic when we the people are spending money that is not easy to come by.
Trying to stay local a support are home town companies cause iam sure we all know someone or a high school kid trying to make money. And for me to post anything especially over not having large cups and telling me they can give two mediums as a large and thats when miss rude manager said no not doing it a medium and a small and I said no just take the pops off my order so she did 40 CENTS the larger pops are $2.65 so they don't even deserve one star in my opinion. Sorry to all the young people working trying to make money find a better place to work.... maybe like krogers just across the parking lot.

This IS the worst Frisch's in Northern Kentucky. To say they have bad customer service implies they offered a service but the 5 people at the food window couldnt be bothered to acknowledge me standing at the register for 10 solid minutes! I finally yelled out to the girl who refused to make eye contact with me as she moved around the back of the store. My carryout order sat in a bag on the counter for the entire 10 minutes that I stood there. It had a hot fudge cake in there so you can imagine how well that worked out. Of course, the manager was locked away in her office and couldnt be bothered to assist me either. I live within walking distance to this ridiculous "restaurant" and I'd rather walk barefoot to Texas for food than to ever step foot in here again.
