Prime Rib Sandwich. Thin and very fatty, over-cooked piece of meat slapped on a whole slice of Texas Toast with only the top piece of toast cut. Perhaps it is left open for the hungry diner to spend 10 minutes trimming the chewy fat out. If you like a good Prime Rib sandwich, try Fountains in Clarkston. Trimmed and lean and ready to easily sink your teeth into while it is still hot and juicy.
