First I have to say that I love the food at this establishment! No complaints there.
BUT when I have tried to call and place an order to go, several times I have had the experience of either being placed on hold indefinitely OR they don't even say anything when picking up the receiver, they just set it down on the counter and I can hear everything in the background until I eventually hang up and when I try to call back, I get a message saying their "mailbox is full" and I can't get through at all after that! Its ridiculous!! It's as though they don't want to deal with phone calls so they just leave the receive off the hook!..... EXTREMELY frustrating and NO WAY to run a business IMO!!!
