This Pizza Factory has the WORST service! My family has never had a good experience at this location. There rarely is a hostess to great patrons as they arrive, waitress/waiters forget orders/get orders wrong. It seems the overall motivation of the staff is far below par. The food is often burned and takes a long time to prepare when it shouldn't! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS BY GOING THERE!!
