Working at Parador for two summers was an incredible experience, and I already miss the vibrant atmosphere and delicious food. The small plates made it easy to try a variety of dishes, and each one was bursting with flavor. Larry and Rebecca have created something truly special, and I wish them all the best as they embark on their new adventure in Portugal. Cheers to unforgettable memories and fantastic meals at Parador!
