The last reviewer sounds like a jacka$$.
10 minutes to wait for your res may be a little bit of a drag, but c'mon. There is a lot of things going on, other tables running long. You didn't think they held the table all night just waiting for you did you?
They seat the table the best they can and hope the party before you wraps in time for you.
It probably took you longer to find a new place and get seated than if ou just acted like a reasonable person and cut them slack for 10 minutes.
Your loss.
05/27/2010 - Awful
Had a reservation which meant nothin ? was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes ...we had a reservation ? geez.......... we left and went to another restaurant
