The neighborhood is quite charming, with a captivating fountain at the center of the roundabout that sometimes freezes over during winter. I noticed some new signs emphasizing the need to stick to the golf course paths, especially after closing hours, but I found the surrounding lake to be quite serene despite the occasional presence of slimy leech-like creatures. Although the greens had recently undergone sanding, I found the overall condition of the course to be satisfactory and worth the journey from Atlanta.
