I used my Hawaii Restaurant card at Simple Joy on December 6, Sunday to treat my family to dinner. When I checked my card balance by phone I discovered that even after a $20.00 cash tip was given to our waitress, the restaurant added $22.00 to the $107.00 tab. I would like to receive a refund for this erroneous overcharge. 😠THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER! ðŸ˜
