The food and service at El Azteca are fantastic, making it my go-to for authentic Mexican cuisine in Huntsville. I love the Carnitas, with tender pork paired with flavorful rice and beans, and their salsa is just right, not too hot or sweet. Even though parking can be tricky and the atmosphere is lively, the experience is worth it, especially on Sundays with live music!

The Mexican restaurant in Huntsville or Madison is a must-visit for me. I always choose to go on Sundays when they have live music playing. The Carnitas dish is a standout with its tender, high-quality pork, served alongside flavorful rice and beans. It's a favorite spot for my husband and me, offering authentic Mexican cuisine that reminds him of his childhood.
