During my recent road trip, I discovered an incredible meal after three weeks on the road. The delivery was prompt, the food was warm and delicious, and the wings and pizza were exceptional, making it a memorable dining experience.

We order at 2607 east ave all the time and Alfees has the best wings in town. I wouldn't hesitate to put them up against the Anchor Bar in Buffalo.

Just had an ordered delivered and received a sub with spoiled peppers on it. Did not want another sub (honestly who wants to eat anything after you bit into something spoiled). The manager refused to remedy the situation! He would only deliver another sub or refund me if I drove the sub to him (there was no problem charging my credit card over the phone but he wouldn't refund it over the phone). I paid to have my order delivered so that I did not have to leave the house. Now I am stuck paying for a sub that I am throwing in the trash! I will never order again and I will be sure to share my experience. I have no problem returning the rotten sub that I am throwing in the trash but by not refunding me unless I bring the sub to them basically it's implying that I'm lying and trying to get a free sub. Worse customer service I've ever experienced!!!! Also my other food tastes like it was fried in the same grease they've been using for a year. And another sub was way overcooked. Apparently they have a dirty kitchen, with spoiled food and employees who don't know how to properly prepare food. Don't waste your money!
