I patronize this place once a week not sure what's going on at THIS KFC in thurmont md,but the last three times I've been thru the drive thru my order is incorrect.Will not be patronizing this kfc anytime soon

Online said it would be ready at 2. Not ready until 2:30. When i complained (with 4 children with me) the manager seemed unmoved. He offered a careless apology. Microwaved Mac and cheese for 30 mins. Poured a whole container of hot sauce on top of my sons bowl and when he couldn't eat it they said "oh too bad that's what you ordered I cannot give you anything bc that's what you ordered".
