Very upset about the food and service! We order a combo and they gave us the wrong food! We called up there and I was transfer and they hung up on me! When I called back a second time they transferred me to 3 more poeple. Then wanted us to pay more money for fried rice because they gave me the wrong one!!! Very bad service!!!!

They don't like it when you don't leave a tip for carry out. Since when do you leave tips for people handing you your food????? Do we tip the grocery handlers too for bagging our groceries? Geesh!

Man coughing and wiping nose and working on grill, I left out before ordering after I seen that.

Watched them fix my food. No one wore gloves and the clerk that took my order and money went directly to the grill and started fixing my food.

Yes their food is good but we found a bug in our food. We turned it into the health dept. and have pics of the cooked bug. Co workers also wrote a review but someone must not want the public to know the truth so we will report that as we'll because as long as it is the truth it should not be deleted. This is for people to voice their true experiences and opinion so that others can make choices where they want to eat. We're letting you know that we had a bug in our food yet someone is deleting our complaint.We will not go back.

Whoever your menu team is should not be allowed to not submit a negative report made by a customer as long as it is appropriate. This makes one not believe any comments for any of the restraints if you are only going to post the ones that are positive. Customers should know if there is a complaint that's supposedly the reason for reviews. We will continue to make sure consumers know that we received food with a bug in it.

Best Chinese food around !! I've been in a lot of restaurants as a service tech!!!!
This one I've been going to since 2003.
Clean fast made to order food. Nice family clean and they make their own hot mustard !!
Open kitchen and delicious food !!!

I have been eating here since I was a teenager. I love their food and customer service they provide. They are always so friendly and always have a smile on their face. I spent time on the west coast and while there, their food was what I missed most about home. they are my top favorite chinese takeout! their food is the best in the valley!
