We have frequented this place every week for a couple months. Could not believe the bill this evening. We were charged $9.50 a pitcher for Coors Light in the DINING ROOM so I walked over and asked the bartender what a pitcher of Coors Light costs over there and she said $6.50. Let me think was it because of the ice pack in the middle of the pitcher. GIVE ME A BREAK! $3 BUCKS MORE. BS! We have had SEVERAL problems in the past with the dining room and will never go back again. It took us three years to go back from the time they said a cut of steak cost $12 and then charged us $19 because the waitress gave us the wrong info. NOW we know never to trust them again. Go on a Friday night and see how packed the dining room is and you'll get you're answer! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. FIELD HOUSE, HOGAN'S AND HILLSIDE for better beer prices and service!!!!!

Ya The place has not improved it has gone way down hill ..... so what if they painted it and made it look pretty ... the food prices and drink prices are way up ... The owners are greedy ... and it failed health inspection for 27 things look it up in the york paper....

I've not once had a bad experience there. Their food is awesome and Stan is the best. You've got to try his homemade Sante Fe sauce for the wings.

What a change at the Alpine!! The outside, inside, the menu, the food, everything has improved tremendously! The food is awesome; homemade soups, steaks are incredible, wings are great, food portions are more than plenty.

My husband and I took my sister, who was visiting, to the Alpine inn on Sunday for breakfast. The food was so good, and Eleni, the hostess and one of the owners, was so sweet and made us feel so welcome, that we went back tonight for dinner. The dinner was even better than the breakfast. Among us, we had veal parmesan (fabulous and HUGE portion), chicken parmesan (also awesome and very generous portion) and my husband had the wings. The waitress suggested the new Sante Fe hot wings, which were awesome if you like 'em hot. Very creamy with a nice kick. And the wait staff is very friendly. This is the kind of place where you end up feeling like family, and what could be better than that?
