I've had takeout from them twice and absolutely love the food-it's always delicious and reasonably priced. They're busy for a reason, and I've been a fan since they opened; it's the go-to for fresh, great meals without any fuss.

I called an order in for pickup and after I paid realized that my order hadn't been started. No big deal....I had a few things to get at food lion.
Fast forward a month and I called in another order for pickup and after I paid realized again that my order hadn't been started. I thought about requesting a refund on my credit card and going somewhere else but I didn't have enough trust that a credit would be given. I waited 40 minutes in the restaurant and a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes from the time I placed my phone order.
It was a bit alarming that the phone only rang once, the place was very dirty and the other 2 patrons weren't happy either. Lesson learned... I'll go to Hong Xing next to Bi Lo from now on. Long story short.... good soup but not that good for the wait.
