I always get what I order ...:)

This is my fourth time going. Every time they get things wrong. I paid today for a ten peice nugget and only got 5. Paid for onion rings I got fries. That is the third time they did that. I know food service is difficult sometimes, but this is every time! No receipt either. Train your people better. Expecially when it's NOT busy these mistakes should not happen.

Need to focus more. There are plenty of fast foods in houghton. Will not last if they don't start getting things right. Every time I take my family they never give receipts, and they always forget something! I'm done giving it chances. Other people will too eventually.

We were just at the new Houghton Burger King off of Sharon Avenue. After they took our order, we waited almost 10 minutes to receive our order and we never got our receipt. Actually this is the third time we have been there and have never got a receipt.
