Who doesn't love Mrs. Fields? The service from the manager, Sam, was super friendly, and the cookies were fresh with a great variety to choose from. I've never written a review before, but I had such a fantastic experience with Shirley and the team at this Mrs. Fields store in metro-Detroit. Shirley went above and beyond to create a custom cookie basket for me, even going out on her day off to get all the materials needed. It was truly exceptional customer service that I greatly appreciated. Thank you, Shirley and the whole team at Mrs. Fields!
