I have a family member who has been staying at a W residence for a few weeks while on business. The lobby staff is welcoming, and the rooms, while not overly large, offer enough space for comfort. The views from the apartment overlooking the 9/11 memorial and bay are truly stunning, especially at night from the rooftop. It's a great living option with nice staff, amazing views, and good amenities.
