Rude rude rude and illiterate employee. Tori attacks people on social media and is very, very nasty in doing that, too. Several people shared a screen picture with me and it was where someone else had given a poor review - and we were there that day and didn't say ANYTHING on social media, but the lady who gave the poor review was very fair in what she said and we witnessed every bit of it and it just ruined OUR experience because YOUR EMPLOYEE was so nasty! And, then, to see it in my social media messaging from other people how nasty your employee was to a paying customer? Uncalled for.
