We have been going to Mangoes for years and have introduced every guest who visits.
Actually my last 2 dining experiences were disappointing.
My favorite tropical salad has less and less components each

I have been locked up for almost 1 year following every Covid rule. I am 15 days past my second vaccine. I also have 2 major high risk issues. Mango has signs stating you do not have to wear a mask. I was exiting without my mask and was 4 feet from a table. A woman starting screaming at me for no mask. Not asking politely, but screaming. I explained that I had been vaccinated and locked in for a year. She continues to scream at me that her gandson had died of Covid. If this was the case why the heck did she come to a restaurant without masking? I feel that the man in charge should have chastised her for her screaming, but he would not. It was okay for her to publicly embarass me for nothing, but it was not okay for me to not challenge her rudeness. Unfortunately in my upset I called her a b-----. He said that was a justification to ignore her verbal assault. Mango needs to not have signs that do not signify masks are not needed. It also needs to treat all customers fairly. If that had been done, I would never had gotten to the point of calling her a b----. It takes 30 seconds to make a person's day and 30 seconds to ruin it. Mango is not a restaurant that I will come to again. The restaurnat is also a bait and switch outfit. It is not that great that I would put myself in such a situation. My mask was in my hand as she screamed at me. If she has just shut up , it would have been put on before her screaming began. AMEN!
