This place is awesome. We kept hearing good things, so we finally tried it, and we are glad we did. The staff were very friendly. The only slightly negative thing was that the service was a bit slow, but we weren't in a big hurry, so it didn't bother us. The food was amazing. We tried 3 different po boys, gumbo, beingets, fried green tomatoes, and it was all delicious! Big portions. Delicious ice blended coffe! And prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back!

This was our 1st time to dine here - our friends thought we might like it since we r from the South. The fried green tomatoes & fried okra were great...& the desserts were good...the coulette steak was good too...the pork pattie was fair..the pork with bourbon glace was better....our 1st bottle of white wine was great but the 2nd one, which was supposed to b the same as the 1st, was awful...a different year & a noticable difference... their mistake.....:( the food was not as good as expected after reading all the reviews & on a scale of 1-10 we gave it a 7+ ....our waiter was great however...but good food is what brings us back.....it wasn't the best Southern food out there but maybe breakfast or lunches r better....would we make the long drive to go back? ...... maybe...:( For our anniversary celebration perhaps we expected more.....it was just not our best dining experience.....:(
