An employee host requires customer relations skills training. When seated with an additional table adjoined next to a booth and near the front entrance, I asked that my family and I be moved to another location, away from the aisle and traffic entering to be seated. My request was denied. In turn, we decided to leave. The employee insultingly told me that it "was my loss" and "it was my fault." I do not recommend the service and restaurant.

We began going here when it first opened. The food was excellent and the service spectacular. Charlie was there and made it fun to come in and eat. Lately we have eaten there and the service has been aweful and the food has been nothing to desire. We gave it several chances and even got a rubber band in our food. Going back to Cancun in Jacksonville. No Charlie, no fun.

The food was excellent, service was great!! My wife and I initially thought how good could a Mexican restaurant be attached to a bowling alley. We are so glad that we decided to try the restaurant.

The food is awesome and the service is of equally high quality. Some of the best dishes are the molcajete, enchiladas habaneros, Rammy special, and fajitas. And don't forget to ask if they have any Mexican waters. If you have not tried horchata, try it and you will like it.
