Sea40 Hibachi in Maine is a lively spot with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. On my recent weekend visit, the place was bustling with birthday celebrations which made the service a bit slow, but once our hibachi chef arrived, the experience was truly entertaining. The portions were generous and the sushi options looked tempting, though I stuck with the hibachi grill this time. The owner, Frankie, and the staff were welcoming and made the overall experience enjoyable.

Restaurant refuses to update hours or whether they are open/closed. EVERY single time I want to order from them they are closed. Whoever manages their social media is rude. Takeout and online experience is awful. It's a shame. Their food is good.

I wasnt impressed. Way over priced. Plenty of rice and mixed vegetables. The meat you select has small portions. My steak wasnt the way I wanted it cooked. The scallops were under cooked. Atmosphere is loud.
I guess this place is for special occasions??? I wont be back
