Food Quality is pretty good. But their coffee tends to have a bit of a burnt flavor. Most frustrating of all is their customer service, or I should say LACK there of!!!!!!! I attempted to arrange for a very large and profitable order of coffee and bagels for our company meeting.Online it clearly states that they deliver. At first I called the Addison location. They kindly explained that they are short of staff today and not able to deliver at this time. She gave me the number to the Washington location and said if they are not able to deliver then call the Addison location back and she would find a way to make it work. She was very professional and polite. I then called the Washington location and the phone rang for 9 minutes and 34 seconds before I hung up and decided to try back later. About 20 minutes later I tried again. This time the phone rang for 13 minutes and 28 seconds until they answered the phone long enough for me to hear some background noise and then hung up. That is HORRIBLY disrespectful and unprofessional. So while I may consider going to the Addison location in the future, the Washington location has lost the business from our company permanently. This is not the type of customer service I would expect from such an establishment. And if I were the owner/manager, I would have PLENTY of employees to accommodate the needs of my clients. And never accept anything less than professional and polite service. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and the company and several of its employees should be ashamed!!!!!!!!!!!!
