This sushi train restaurant has become my go-to for quick sushi cravings, thanks to its fresh rolls and friendly staff. The California Roll, topped with masago, really stood out, and I can't wait to try more varieties on my next visit!

We go to O'Sushi in Hillsboro a few times a month. They have some varied and good sushi, however, when we went there for lunch today, I noticed sushi looked a bit sloppy. I also used the women's bathroom and the soap dispenser was out of soap. An employee (who earlier, handed my sushi to the front person from the kitchen). This woman also used the bathroom right before me. She was really quick and came out going into the kitchen. Either she had just used the last of the soap but was so quick it's hard to believe she used any soap at all.
