We just had a horrible experience here. We bought four cups of froyo. The total was $18.45. She told me total was $22 something. I asked why. She said it was tax. So I asked the tax rate because that didn't make sense. She then said oops- it's 21 something and that was an accident. I asked her the tax rate. She then said "well there is a 1.00 licking fee." What? She said my son took one lick of his before she put the toppings on. That was not posted anywhere. I asked for manager. No manager there. I asked her to get manager on phone and she wouldn't. I asked for her name and she said her manager told her not to tell anyone their names. What? Do not support this so called Christian business.
