Service at this establishment lacks warmth and the interior ambiance is rather dreary. The operating hours are quite limited, closing as early as 3 pm with the last seating at 2:30 pm, which may not cater to the steady flow of visitors near Carlsbad Caverns. Despite these drawbacks, the food offerings are exceptional, particularly the Buffalo truffle burger and the flavorful chicken sandwich with jalapeños and bacon.

We are doing our first road trip for our 18th anniversary and we're traveling through 4 states. This was some of the best food the entire trip plus the staff was friendly and if we ever pass back this way it'll be a must return!
