I adore this restaurant for its tasty dishes and impeccable service. The Italian nachos and jalapeño tilapia are must-tries, and the attentive staff always make me feel welcome.

We were in Alamogordo for the day and decided to try carinos as there is not one in las cruces. We were sat promptly and our drink order was taken.. By the time our drinks were delivered, the table next to us (which was seated after us) was already in their appetizer. We ordered the calamari and it was undercooked. Then our salad and soup and the children's food was brought out by a different server.. Ok no problem.. Then 15 minutes later, the table next to us got their entrees, then 10 minutes go by and the table behind us, who were seated waaaaay after us, got their entrees. Then our waiter showed up nd said "um sorry, the order wasn't started, but it's cooking now". We asked for it to go. Then another 15 minutes later he brought our food in containers.. We paid the bill, no discount.. And went to the car.. Guess what?!! Wrong entrees!!!! Never again.
