My wife and I went on a Saturday night to Hun's Dynasty because of the sign that listed the restaurant as rated in the top 50 Chinese restaurants by CNN.

We were seated right away. The menu listed a 1-10 rated on how hot the food would be cooked. I asked a 4.

The first course I had Spicy Beef Soup and my wife had dumplings. My wife was served first and I had to wait.

The waiter told us about the 1-10 hot level but when we said we did not want the food that hot he did not advise on the dishes.

The soup was so hot it was almost impossible to eat.

The entree was served so fast that we did not finish my soup and my wife's dumplings. We suddenly had 4 dishes on our table.

The other dishes were different, but the spice overwhelmed the taste of all the dishes. It seemed that the level of spice was more important than the food.

It we rushed through dinner , and when I asked about rush the response suggested they were moving people through to refill tables.

I have eaten in 5 star places in different countries and never experienced the rush, poor information
on the food, and poor service.

This restaurant is not 4 or 5 stars.I rated it 2 stars. To be top restaurant they may want reconsider the way they do business.
