This Mexican restaurant has a predominantly Mexican clientele and staff, promising an authentic dining experience. The corn tortillas served with my fajitas were outstanding, and the service was exceptionally warm and friendly.

I have been coming to Sierra's for several years always good friendly service.today I went with my sister while we was eating the waitress told us computer was down if we was paying with card we would have to wait about 10 minutes computer should be up. We waited the waitress came back said still down asked if we had cash we said no I offered to write a check they said NO we waited another 1 hour computer never came up . We told them we would go to the bank and bring back cash. They wanted us to leave our credit card so we would come back we said NO.The bank was less than a 1/4 mile down the road. The lady behind the cash register put her finger in my got very rude followed us to my car stepped behind car then came to my window shot me a bird and told me F..K you. I will never step foot in that place again. we got the money took back the cash it took 3 minutes.

We had a to go order ,beef burrito with beans and rice, a grilled chicken quesadilla and a side of cheese dip. Paid $37 and some change.Got home unpacked the food and found the burrito had no beef! I called and I gave them all the details of the order. Then I was asked," Sweetie are you sure this is where you were"? Oh my word... she said a lot of other things that all ended with completely no satisfaction! No care for customer service or repeat business... don't waste your time or money!!!!!!

this is our favorite Mexican restaurant to eat ait. We've never had a bad meal. And we love the little nacho, guacamole maker man.

I loved this place but the customer service is horrible .I called in to place an order the first time I understood because it was at 10:35 am and the opened at 11 am I was told to call back at 11 mind you it was to be picked up at 12:30 pm she says ugh you'll just have to call back then and I said well I didn't see there was a problem taking my order I already tried placing one earlier then she says ok I will take it .I called back to ask for the manager who she said she was because she wasn't going to let me tell on her I told her I am going to find out who the manager is and I will be posting a bad review.

The food always come to the table hot & fresh. When it's crowded the wait time is a lot bit longer than normal. It sure is worth the wait.

Stopped in here on our way out of town this weekend. Solidly good food. The ambiance was nice and welcoming. Maybe a tad it expensive for what it was, but overall were satisfied. I'd return.

We have ate here ever since they opened and came here last night for my husbands birthday, I ordered a #1 combo dinner and made me very sick... I was food poisoned, last time I will ever eat there disappointed me very much!!!
