I visited Discovery Cafe today for lunch near the Kendal/MIT stop on the red line. The cafe offers a variety of sandwiches, drinks, desserts, and more in a clean and welcoming environment. The California Sandwich with turkey, avocado, pepper jack cheese, and sliced tomatoes was delicious, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
