Tried out the food truck at an event last night - the egg roll was so crispy and hot, and the chicken pad thai was pretty good too. Since I'm a vegetarian, I had to pick out the chicken, but I'll definitely be back to try their vegetarian options. The green curry was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous - definitely worth trying!
