Went there with my brother on 1-11-20, good service but a lousy raw, under cooked pizza, couldn't even eat it!

Appetizers were served in a timely fashion pizza not so much waited over 45 minutes for a medium pizza watched 5 tables get pizza before us not happy about that....got tired of waiting said to our server just box it up gonna take it home bring our check waited another 8 minutes for our pizza after paying our bill....not happy with our Wednesday pizza night

I went to Shelly Pie for the first time this past weekend. I got a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage..I must say that they do seem to have the recipe down very well........However, I was very dissapointed in the way that it was made, first of all, the whole pizza had pepperoni and just half had sausage, but the half with sausage had a lot less pepperoni on it.....Also, the one half had cheese and toppings only about half on each slice, the rest toward the edge was about 3 or so inches thick of nothing but dough! Great pizza should not only taste great but it should also be made properly...........this one surely wasn't!

Ordered another pie from here & this one was so bad , the crust was HORRIBLE , like it was frozen couple times hard as a brick !!! Toppings are joke , pizza is just NASTY , & you keep making it the same way WITH NO CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS !!! Go to caseys people ,cheaper & better !!

What a horrible experience the pizza was as black as coal on the bottom ,why they would serve this to there customers? I guess they do not care.

I was at Shelly Pie for Three events in their party hall area , though a nice hall ... they have to Improve on the Buffet. The Pizzas were burnt an raw, the ziti was Ice cool. Their Pizza is not worth the high price you pay ! Just a Vinny Pie wanna be.Got a better Pizza at Casey`s right next to them at a better price ...they tell me Casey`s Pizza has been in Turtle Creek for 30 years ,now I know why.

Got a pie with pepperoni and banana peppers. The few banana pepper rings that were actually on the pizza were not really rings but discs because the were filled with stems and seeds. Now I can understand if you miss a few, but to have the majority of peppers be pieces that you would not eat... To me that just says they do not care about the quality of the food there.

We git thw Chicken over Bisquits, Mashed Potatoes and Chicken Noodle soup. Lots of food and it was delicious.
