Reviews for Bravo Supermarket Deli and Cafe

09/10/2019 - Poor customer service !!!!!
I waited several times at deli counter while employees stand there talking and laughing and seemingly ignoring the fact I am standing there waiting for service. There is no bell to ring.
Then by not speaking Spanish I have a hard time communicating what I need.
One time I waited and waited and finally interrupted their conversation and we were informed that they were closed.
No one had bothered to tell us that as we stood there and waited ....
My husband loves their pernil, or I would not waste my waiting at their counter.
We finally decided after this last time that if he wants it he needs to shop for it himself because I am tired of the rudeness here and will not be treated like I'm interrupting their party.
