My wife and I stopped by Guerrero's restaurant for a bite to eat. The food was nice to look at, but some of it lacked flavor and the chicken was a bit dry - a dollop of salsa fixed it right up. The service from our server, Tresa, was outstanding, and the portions were generous.

I've lived in Sarasota my whole life and ate at a lot of places. This bakery/ restaurant ranks up there with some of the baddest service I've ever received.
Inattentive employees who seem to be concerned with customer service"¦. Or satisfaction for that matter"¦
I gave this establishment a try"¦ they did not meet 'muster'"¦.
Sorry, but I can't give you folk a good review.

Our food wasn't even warm when it got to our table. I don't think there was enough staff to handle the amount of customers they had.

Nunca hago esto pero no es la primera vez que me atiende groceramente una señora de lentes, fui a recoger una orden por lo cual yo salude y le dije a la señora (mesera) que vení­a a recoger una orden por lo cual fui ignorada porque al parecer fue mí¡s importante responder el mensaje que le llegó desde su reloj digital despuí©s salió otra señorita y muy amable me atendió, al final que la señorita tomó de su tiempo para darme mi orden fue a atender una mesa, la otra señora lo íºnico que hací­a era hablar con un señor tatuado mientras la otra señorita atendí­a la gente. Querí­a adquirir una agua de orchata aparte por lo acudo nuevamente con la señora de lentes (ignoro su nombre) me contestó muy groseramente dicií©ndome que si yo no la pague no me La iba a dar,era mí¡s que obvio que la iba a pagar, la otra señorita vio lo quí© pasó y ella tan ocupada que estaba dejo lo que estaba haciendo y me dio mi agua muy amable mente la pueden reconocer porque tiene su pelo de colór como azul muy amable siempre que voy ella nos hace reí­r y muy buen servicio que ella da, al final yo vi como esa señorita le dijo a la otra de lentes que porque era así­ por lo cual la señora de lentes nada mí¡s la ignoro y siguió platicando con el otro señor tatuado haciendo comentario de mi e ignorí¡ndome por completo .Es la razón que nada mí¡s pido para llevar no me gusta como aquellos meseros desatienden y se olvidan de las mesas. De aquí­ en adelante si yo voy a querer un servicio de ese lugar nada mí¡s voy a querer que me atienda esa señorita,muy amable y muy graciosa con un carisma que contagia y gran servicio por su parte, para la próxima que valla a ese lugar voy a pedirle su nombre y lo escribirí© aquí­. Nadie merece que te vean con mala actitud. El dueño o el manager necesitan saber quí© tienen empleados que no son el buen sustento para su negocio.
