Horrible Pace

If I could give a negative 10 stars, I would. Very disappointed!! The staff was so slow. Our waitress took other people's orders that came in after we did before she took ours. We had to ask other servers for chips and refills. When the food finally came, it was cold. My husband wouldn't eat his meal bc he said the steak tasted like liver. My son's fries were ice cold. I brought it to the attention to the manager. There seemed to be a language barrier. I thought when he said he'd take care of it, he would comp the meal. But when we left, our disappearing waitress was right there to tell us to pay the bill. We did and left. When I called to speak with the owner, the person told me she did not know his name and could not give me any info. I called the store in Odessa. The manager I spoke with was very apologetic and said he'd "take care of us" if we would go to Odessa. We won't go. It was a disappointment for sure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this "restaurant".
