The nurses and staff in the ICU unit at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital provided exceptional care for my father-in-law. I am grateful for their kindness and attention to detail, especially from Davina, Kara, and Patty. The level of service and compassion shown by the entire team truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to everyone involved for their dedication and support.

I would give a minus score if I could. They are serving a captive clientele ..... sick patients. They don't serve on time, the food looks unappetizing and probably tastes as bad as it looks. Tonight there were only 2 menu choices my husbands dinner came an 1v1/2 hours late and it was COPLD. Cold fish how disgusting. My poor husband has little appetite and struggles to eat and this is what he paying for? Who ever is in charge should be ashamed.
