After growing up in Las Vegas with easy access to all-you-can-eat sushi, I found myself craving sushi in Fort Collins. Visiting Jaws Sushi, I sampled the Red Panda Roll and the Samuel L. Jackson Roll lunch combo, both of which were truly delectable. The flavors were well-balanced, and the quality of the ingredients truly impressed me, especially considering the landlocked location of Fort Collins.

I give this place zero stars. Owner forces serves to tip out to cooks and even the dish pit gets tipped out from the cooks server's tips. Owner's logic is servers make 20 an hour in tips so they can afford to lift up morale by sharing their money. What!??? How about you manage the quality of food and clean dishes yourself and let the servers keep their hard-earned tips. I never! In addition, the dude is super combative and harassing over it. He has emailed me three times fighting over it with me. Weird vibes. I would not trust my health, eating raw fish with such a cheap man running this greed train.

Excellent service, fish was fresh and delicious, overall great experience find great Sushi, Sashimi, and Nigri on the road.

We eat a lot of Sushi...and this did not disappoint
