During my travels between San Jose, CA, and Fort Worth, I always make a point to stop here for some incredible shredded beef enchiladas and refried beans with rice. The food consistently impresses me with its moist rice and flavorful beans, making the short detour from Interstate 40 absolutely worthwhile. Despite some occasional wait times, the attentive service and delicious meals keep me coming back for more!
