Girl up front just straight rude and cook acted like he couldn't be brothered.. I spent 50 bucks"¦ guess they could care less about the people paying their taco bills

I hadn't any problems with their food until last night. 3/5/2022. I ordered a cheeseburger for my 9 year old granddaughter, got home, she began to eat. As she continues to take another bite after 2, I asked my grand to let me see that burger and it was uncooked all the way through. I took the meal back up there, the cashier approached the cook about the burger...he started laughing about it. She informed me to talk with the owner the next morning. I contacted the facility and asked for the owner. The lady Alma states she's the owner. I explained to her that my granddaughter got sick eating that burger. She then states in a nasty and rude manner, she is the owner, and oh well there's nothing we can do about it and call back tomorrow to talk with the owner. When asked what's the owner's name she refused to give. I then responded to asking, you just stated you were the owner. Now...part owner...I asked for her name, she refused to give me her name. The cashier and some of the cooks are very rude! I will never patron their establishment ever again! .Reading all the bad reviews, customers complain of the food being uncooked or the rude cashiers.
