The customer service at the restaurant was exceptional, particularly from the young man named Jerry who was attentive to our group of four, swiftly clearing our table and ensuring our needs were met. The buffet had a variety of options, including excellent salad bar choices, fried chicken, and delicious desserts. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant dining experience overall.

Went to Pizza Ranch in portage on September 21, 2023 and spoke to the manager Steve the sheriff explained to him that I was diagnosed with a gluten problem and he was able to fix me up with an excellent gluten free pizza and salad bar for a very fair price. my son, David and I love coming to eat here cause it is very clean and the staff is very friendly! Thanks to Steve's help the sheriff we will be able to still come and eat here. They also have a very excellent salad bar! Always fresh and clean! thanks again keep up the excellent job. Look forward to seeing you all.
