Pick up order was delayed by 20 minutes and Amanda still has the audacity to give me attitude when I respectfully said my soups were just sitting on the counter ready to pack and if they can do so cause I had to clock back into work. This is even after they sent me a confirmation email saying it would be ready for pick up at the time it was suppose to be ready. Very unprofessional Amanda from morning shift, I hope you work on your customer service communication cause that's no way to talk to a customer!
