Went through the drive thru. Realized they forgot an order of fries. No biggie. Went back in and got them and left. We were just passing through trying to get back to Missouri asap. After getting back on the road we realized one burger was missing an entire patty and had wrong toppings as well. The other burger was so covered on the top in sauce yes the top of the bun. You couldn't hold it. We have photos. We called back to explain. The manager Athena. Told me she was going to ask her cook if it was true. The cook told her to double check the Patty. Also told me that there wasn't anything sauce wise on my burger than ketchup. But there's a ton of whatever this gross white thick sauce is clearly. The pictures are posted on my Google review. She was extremely rude, and told me she didn't care at all I was upset or that I was calling corporate. I have worked in food for ten plus years and have never in my life been spoken to with so little care about the customer. Ever. She took zero responsibility. Called me and my wife liars. Disgusted.
