Go Streatery has this motto of serving "glorious peasant food," and let me tell you, it's anything but basic - the food is like fine dining on wheels. Their oxtail and grits dish might be pricier than your average food truck fare, but the quality and flavors are totally worth it. Trust me, the lemon ricotta doughnut holes won't disappoint either - they're a must-try if you catch them at events like OMCA's Friday night festivals.
