Service is slow and the coffee order is frequently wrong. A new employee made a mistake with my order one day, which I was understanding of, and when I asked to have it corrected another employee felt the need to reprimand and give remedial training to the poor guy in front of the customers...before she fixed the order! I stopped in this morning at 6:15 and there were 3 other customers inside as well as continual drive-thru customers. The people in front of me waited over 10 minutes for coffee. The gentleman told the girl they should not open so early if they are not prepare to serve customers their order. He was not rude, he made that statement very calmly and was correct. The two women just stared at him and as he left they started bad-mouthing him...in front of myself and another customer! They were angry with him but they had nothing prepped and had run out of coffee! The store opened at 4am and it was 6:15am, on a Saturday when it is not unusually busy! Because I live near the store I have gone back repeated times and 90% of the time I am not satisfied. Time to grab a coffee at Stewarts or Havers and ditch Dunkin!
